The four-way reversing valve is what makes a heat-and-cool AC work: it swaps the roles of the indoor and outdoor coils so the same system that cools in summer runs as a heat pump in winter.
Supplied as a brazed valve body with pre-formed copper stubs and pilot capillary lines, ready to braze into the discharge and suction lines. UL listed assemblies from Sanhua, Zhejiang Dunan Hetian and Zhongshan Gangli, in R410A and R22 rated variants for common split AC tonnages.
