Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 7 days for a full refund. Refunds are processed within 10 working days.
Services
If a service is not completed satisfactorily, raise a ticket within 24 hours and we will return free of charge to make it right.
Non-refundable items
Refrigerant gas charged into a system, custom-cut copper piping, and labour already performed are not refundable.
